I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, between the ages of 18 and beyond. Because we are all unique, I integrate different evidence-based, therapeutic modalities determined by the needs of each individual. These forms of therapy include but are not limited to EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Gottman Theory.
