I use a blend of emotional and cognitive behavioral therapies. I use the Imago approach to working with Individuals and couples, listening skills through mirroring and techniques, grief-focused on empathic skills, and an educational approach. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and and suffering from grief.
In the initial assessment up to the first three sessions, family history will be taken through a family map. I do reflective listening, counseling, and educational services, if needed.
During the first session, we will do an initial assessment using a venogram (family map). Questions about history/family dynamics will be asked as well.
