About
Recognizing the need to work on a problem demonstrates courage. I work collaboratively with adult individuals, couples, and families (including teens and children) interested in personal and relational growth. Couples and families in conflict, adult individuals seeking better relationship skills, and individuals wanting relief from trauma are all part of my practice.
I offer compassionate, focused listening and feedback based on your needs and goals. I play an active role with clients and believe that therapeutic relationship development is key to creating successful outcomes for clients. For clients experiencing the effects of trauma (specific or complex), I use Brainspotting in my practice.
I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation for new clients. Reaching out is the next step to feeling better. I am happy to speak with you about how we could work together!
