I enjoy helping individuals in need. I have an eclectic approach but rely heavily on mindfulness and solution focused therapy. I am very straight forward in my approach, and focus on individuals, adolescents, adults couples. I specialize in teenagers and young adults.
I have worked with sexually abused children, addicts, and many depressed and anxious individuals. I have worked with suicidal teens and also bi-polar individuals.
It would be my pleasure to work with you on whatever is on your mind. I am recently new to the area so I would enjoy working with anyone who was feeling the need in these difficult times. I prefer in person sessions.
