About
“A flower is not better when it blooms than when it is merely a bud; at each stage it is the same thing — a flower in the process of expressing its potential.” If you are struggling with anxiety, unresolved trauma, changing life circumstances, or feelings of inadequacy, I can help you step more fully into a life that you want. While we all come into this world open and innocent, we get hurt along the way, and we pick up patterns and beliefs that keep us stuck in painful cycles. With a heart-centered and holistic approach, I can be your companion and guide in helping you to unravel these cycles and (re)discover your innate wholeness.
I work with the knowledge that the mind and body are interconnected, and that paying attention to both allows for a deeper healing. We can meet in my office, go for a walk in the woods, or meet virtually. I have training in Brainspotting, in yoga for trauma, and in meditation.
My aim is always to create a safe space, meeting every part of you with an open heart so that you can start to feel connected to a sense of peace, spaciousness and belonging that will see you through any obstacle. I'm here to talk more about what you want your life to be like and offer free 15 minute consultations.
