I'm a queer Latina therapist and I love to support teens, couples, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, interpersonal violence, first-generation experiences, sexual orientation, sexual relationships, and gender identity. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-focused techniques with teens and adults and Gottman Method couples counseling.
