I will introduce and teach communication tools to improve relationships and self esteem. Whether the struggle is with your spouse, life partner, child, or boss, these tools make it possible for you to feel healthy and happy.
I am a licensed independent social worker with over 30 years experience in both the public and private sector. My expertise is in working with couples, individuals, and teenagers. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness including the mind, body, and spirit. I'm doing telehealth sessions.
I accept most insurance plans and a fee for service for those who do not wish to use their insurance. I also have a flexible fee schedule for those who lack insurance. I accept cash or checks or Venmo.
