I am interested working people with who feel stuck, especially those who have a sense that there is something inside that prevents them from moving forward.
Early experiences, especially traumatic ones, can live on in the present as parts of yourself. I specialize in helping you recognize those parts that prevent you from changing. If depression, anxiety, or other issues related to being stuck become a focus, I am trained in active techniques to address these.
I completed my graduate work at Rutger's University, the Graduate Program in Applied and Professional Psychology. This demanding training was guided by nationally known faculty and supervisors. I completed my training at UC Davis Medical Center and UC Davis Counseling and Psychological Services.
