My working experiences have offered me a wide range of opportunities to counsel couples, families, children, adolescents, and adults. I am also informed in various relationship practices including monogamous and alternative styles such as polyamory, kink, long-distance, and open relationships.
I am an eclectic therapist utilizing techniques from evidence-based theories such as collaborative therapy, solution focus therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
