If you could draw a picture of your emotions, it would look like a squiggly mess. Maybe there's trauma from the past that's interfering with things in the present. I am a trauma-informed therapist who is passionate about healing the connections between mind, body, and spirit. I work with adults who are experiencing chronic illness, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and dissociative disorders. I empower people to make decisions that help them create the life they want to live.
The first step is the hardest part. In our first 15 minutes, we'll talk about how I can help you. We'll also discuss logistics like insurance and scheduling.
