I bring in-depth training in emotional trauma, whether from a significant traumatic experience or from developmental trauma, e.g. growing up in a pervasive atmosphere of emotional lack of attunement. I appreciate the power of overwhelming, intolerable experiences and the important work of redescription and emotional holding necessary to emerge fully.
I have been committed to developing as a psychotherapist for over thirty years. I have extensive postgraduate training in work with individuals, couples and families. I have taught and supervised hundreds of clinicians and am adept in the online/virtual experience and may be able to offer reduced rates, in this time of the pandemic.
