Hello! My clinical focus is in supporting adults of all ages navigating significant life transitions, including entering or exiting a marriage, experiencing pregnancy and postpartum changes, embracing parenthood, undergoing menopause, managing relationship dynamics, transitioning in their careers, and coping with the loss of a loved one. I believe that each transition, while challenging, also offers an opportunity for personal growth and empowerment. With a compassionate approach, I help create a safe space for my clients to explore their feelings and experiences, guiding them to implement meaningful and lasting change!
In addition to my work with adults, I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and families to provide mental health services for a wide variety of issues, including behavioral issues, ADHD, self-esteem, gender identity and sexuality, and relationships within and outside of the family.
With over 20 years experience as a School Psychologist I can be a resource for parents with children in Special Education and/or parents pursuing Special Education for their children. My specialties include working with children (ages 6 and up), teens, adults, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
