I have a lot of experience working with individuals (from young adults to seniors), who are anxious or depressed or who are encountering challenges in their lives that are overwhelming. I work with adults of all ages. My work is trauma informed. I like to help people figure out what they can do to feel better about themselves and about their circumstances.
My approach is gentle and I have a lot of empathy for the people I work with. I help people problem solve and find ways of responding or coping. I try to provide the tools so people feel empowered and better able to move forward.
