I work "holistically", welcoming and integrating your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. I facilitate healing from this perspective. I use Hakomi Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, a mindfulness-based experiential method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a proven, highly effective method that shortens trauma treatment times.
Born and raised in Spain, and a California resident for 29 years, I am bilingual and bi-cultural.
