Internal Family Systems Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy inform my approach, and I maintain a baseline philosophy that draws heavily from Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, and Brainspotting. My interests include helping couples and individuals work through infidelity, grief, medical problems, parenting challenges, and past trauma.
