I am passionate about helping children heal, grow, and develop the skills they need to thrive. I believe every child has unique strengths, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their feelings, build confidence, and overcome challenges. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that a child's emotional well-being is closely connected to their relationships, physical health, daily experiences, and family environment. By partnering with children and their caregivers, I work to foster growth, resilience, and lasting positive change both inside and outside of the therapy room.
In session, I create a warm, supportive space where children feel safe to express themselves in ways that come naturally—through play, creativity, and connection. I help children explore big feelings, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence as they learn to navigate challenges like anxiety, behavior concerns, trauma, or life changes.
Over time, therapy helps children better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and discover their strengths. My goal is to empower children to navigate challenges with greater resilience and confidence so they can thrive at home, school, and beyond.
