I provide individual therapy to ages 18 and up. My specialities include: sports performance, anxiety, attachment trauma, improving self worth, emotional awareness, depression, and transitions. My training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals (EFIT), AEDP, CBT, and CRAFT

My approach to therapy is client-centered, with the goal of understanding your individual needs. My focus is on you, building a safe and trusting relationship.
