'There is nothing wrong with you." This might seem hard to believe right now, but it's true. LIfe happens, and we all--in some way--respond; with all the wisdom and strength and resources we have so far. But maybe you are now wanting to experience and respond to life with more groundedness, connectedness, and inner guidance. It is also true that "everything is energy." Utilizing these two truths, we will place a new lens on the grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and life transitions you are experiencing to gain or regain a sense of calm and confidence within yourself and your relationships with all things.
Since 2003, I have provided spiritual care and counsel to persons in hospitals, treatment centers and one on one. Our sessions will be grounded in a non-judgmental space within which you can heal, grow, and feel heard. I will be drawing from my training in shamanism and energetic awareness and healing to provide insights and guidance for our work together.
What is the purpose of life? To know, love, trust and be ourselves so that we might be compassionate, loving, and available to ourselves and to the other beings we travel with in life. You were born with this knowing. Together we will re-discover your innate sense of self and who you are in this world. There is nothing wrong with you. There never was.
