My primary focus is supporting mothers experiencing anticipatory grief, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and infant loss, along with the complex emotions and life changes that accompany these experiences. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process your grief, honor your story, and navigate healing at a pace that feels right for you.
Because grief affects the entire family, I also support children as they navigate loss and the impact of grief within the family system. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering a steady presence, practical tools, and a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood
I provide a compassionate space for those experiencing perinatal or infant loss, supporting you as you navigate grief and healing. With children, I use creative, age-appropriate approaches to help with emotions and grief.
Life doesn’t always fit a 9–5 schedule, so I offer late afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions. My goal is to walk alongside you, providing support, tools, and a steady presence as you move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
