There are times when we desire a change or transformation in our lives. Our work together is heart centered and focused on getting you moving forward. I use different modalities according to your needs and acceptance levels for going to a deeper level of consciousness and feeling. We will creatively explore your life issues with a goal of empowerment and self-efficacy. Together, we will address any fears that are keeping you from moving forward, determine your resources and support, and make a plan to help you move in the direction you desire. If you don't know the direction yet, we will begin the work with self-exploration.

Through this process, you will realize your strengths and find the empowerment to handle life transitions and change more effectively. The different modalities I use might include EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, hypnosis, strengths-based therapy, Gestalt therapy, meditation, imagery, relaxation, yoga, and personality and career assessments.

My goal for you is to help you live more easily and freely, and to create the balance, change, and transformation you desire in your life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to live a healthier life physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

New to Yoga? Always been interested? Don't have to be a yogi to attend. All welcome! We offer small group sessions, as well as private sessions for individuals or couples. Teachings are tailored to your level and according to your needs. Alignment based yoga, and heart chakra and heart opening yoga. The small group session meets on Thursday nights. Women's Personal Empowerment Group

Hosted by

Marcy Victor

In this group, we will discuss and experience a heart-centered approach to women's issues. We'll cover personal empowerment, work life balance, self-care, relationships, self-expression, communication skills and boundaries, identifying your strengths, and self-discovery. The group will be time-limited for 12 weeks and will run every other Monday at 7:15pm. At the end of the 12 weeks, the option of continuing group or individual therapy will be available.
