Founder and Clinical Director of Compassion Centered Counseling, I lead a group practice offering holistic care. I'm certified in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy through the Couples Institute and in EMDR through EMDRIA. Since 2009, I’ve specialized in trauma and relationship work using integrative, evidence-based approaches.
