I work with individuals who are experiencing difficulties related to low self-esteem and post-partum depression and issues related to loss. I assist children and parents with behavioral and developmental delays and also provide parent training/support. I work with couples having relationship issues and work on effective communication strategies and process the underlying cause of the conflict.
I have been helping individuals and families for over 15 years. I am a former special education teacher and have worked with individuals who have developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, and other emotional/behavioral difficulties. I assist parents on how to deal with the struggles of having a child with delays.
I assist young girls and women who are struggling with "fitting in" due to being overweight and having poor self- images. I offer a neutral and non judge mental environment to help individuals and couples feel safe to open up and explore their feelings. I work on empowering individuals to be their best.
