I have over 20 years of experience with individuals and couples and will help you clarify what areas you are ready to change in your life. Change can be scary and I am willing to work as fast or slow with these changes as you are.

Trauma Sensitive Reiki Yin Yoga
A gentle, restful community yoga class to develop skills to reset the nervous system and feel comfortable in the body. A beautiful studio offering that creates community, connection and a safe place to rest, recharge.
