My therapeutic background consists of Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as other therapeutic approaches related to humanistic and holistic therapy.
Therapy is typically not one-size-fits-all and works best when the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client is collaborative and personable. I find it helpful to check in with clients at the conclusion of sessions to identify any helpful, unhelpful, or puzzling moments to address how to best meet your goals going forward.
