When life feels overwhelming, whether from anxiety, emotional dysregulation, depression, ADHD, or ongoing stress it can be hard to make sense of what’s happening inside you. I work with individuals managing these challenges as well as neurodivergent clients and families seeking behavioral support for their children, including 504/IEP guidance. Together, we uncover the “why” beneath the “what” to build clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, ruminative thinking, and behavioral challenges. I provide therapy, offer functional behavior assessments, and Behavior Support Plans while helping children, teens, and adults develop emotional regulation, coping skills, and strategies to succeed at home, school, and work.
I support clients and caregivers navigating stress, emotional challenges, or neurodivergent needs. I collaborate with families and schools to implement 504/IEP supports, behavior plans, and strategies that foster emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience.
