I enjoy exploring solutions through recognizing how life experiences impact behavior patterns.
I incorporate multiple modalities within my practice including Applied Behavior Analysis, REBT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Systems Theory to ensure a holistic perspective to helping others. I believe in the importance of goal setting, and the development of replacement behavior strategies so clients can establish new patterns of behavior.
