About
Choosing to enter into therapy is a courageous decision that I deeply honor and respect. It says that you believe in your capacity for growth and healing. I am here to facilitate your healing experience by providing a safe, authentic, non-judgmental space for us to get to the heart of what is keeping you stuck in your life or relationships. I work integratively, blending various therapeutic modalities to support clients in addressing their unique needs. I am formally trained in psychodynamic therapy and use it as the foundation for the work we will do together.
I have several years of experience treating individuals, couples, and families. My specialties: Couples, Family Conflict, Grief and Loss, Identity Formation, Men's Issues, LGBTQ+ issues, Depression/Anxiety, Attachment Issues, and Spiritual concerns.
