I have more than 20 years in the human service field, helping people navigate their way through life's challenges. I have a Masters in Human Servies and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I served 10 years in the Military, both Navy and Army. I help individuals explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that prevent personal growth through identifying what changes need to be made to successfully journey toward a healthy, happy, and hopeful life.
