To develop your strengths and techniques, I use a combination of treatment paths which include acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I will develop a specific therapeutic approach after our initial meeting, tailored to meet your needs.
I believe in the utmost flexibility for my clients. I will gladly meet with you one-on-one for your initial session, and the rest of therapy will be conducted either via online sessions or in face-to-face sessions. We will jointly align on a schedule based on any constraints and how to maximize your results.
