Therapy can be an uncomfortable process. People are challenged to rethink their primary ways of coping and try new ways of behaving. I rely heavily, though not exclusively on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, while providing a safe nurturing environment and therapeutic approach to help people achieve their therapeutic goals.
Additionally, I am Certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and am a Board approved LPC Supervisor for LPC Interns. Daytime and Evening appointments are available Monday through Friday. A single, free 15 minute consultation is offered to provide clients with an opportunity to meet me and decide for yourself if you want to move forward.
