Therapy can be an uncomfortable process. People are challenged to rethink their primary ways of coping and try new ways of behaving. I rely heavily, though not exclusively on cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, while providing a safe nurturing environment and therapeutic approach to help people achieve their therapeutic goals.
Additionally, I am Certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and am a Board approved LPC Supervisor for LPC Interns. Daytime and Evening appointments are available Monday through Friday. A single, free 15 minute consultation is offered to provide clients with an opportunity to meet me and decide for yourself if you want to move forward.

Groups
DBT Groups are suspended due to Corona Virus
Currently Suspended at least through December of 2020: I run a 12 week basic introduction to DBT group for individuals who struggle with overwhelming emotions or person's who wish to learn to cope better with a variety of circumstances. All persons interested in joining the DBT group must go through a face to face clinical interview before being accepted into the group. The clinical interview is $125.00 and then each group is $50.00 per session. If you are interested in participating please contact me at 972-841-0858.
