You can call me Sal. I am an authentic, enthusiastic, funny therapist that can help you feel more present in the moment and actually enjoy it. I provide care for those experiencing excessive amounts of worry, emotions that feel out of control, and feeling hopeless in life. What makes me different: I make almost anyone feel at ease. People tell me that they can let their guard down around me. I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I'm human. I've been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help.
It's important for me to create safety within the session and stay open to any feedback and questions you may have. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to Therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
We do not choose to end up where we may be but we do our best to continue to move forward. Sessions will provide you with the space to focus on yourself without feeling selfish. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals and feel what you need to feel.
