About
My focus is helping you achieve peace by moving through what is holding you back from growing and being the best version of yourself. Together we would work on discovering and tapping into your own strengths and resources to accomplish your goals. Providing a non-judgmental atmosphere where you are in the driver's seat and I ride alongside you, recognizing that you know yourself better than anyone else, and I am here to provide encouragement and point out other possible paths.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I've been trained to help with a variety of issues but I specialize in helping people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, stress and the normal ups and downs that life throws your way.
