I am passionate about helping everyone recognize their inherent self-worth and importance. I strive to create a comfortable, safe space where clients can feel seen and heard. I believe you are the expert in your own life. I aim to provide compassionate, tailored support as you navigate life's challenges. I have extensive experience working with all ages and a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, trauma, phobias, grief, behavioral problems, and mood disorders. I also have experience with divorced and blended families and understand some of those complex dynamics.

I have a profound affection for toddlers, children, teens, and adults, and I hold a special place in my heart for autistic individuals and their families. I incorporate elements of play therapy into my work with toddlers and children. My child-centered approach helps children build self esteem, process emotions and overcome complex struggles.
