Life is hard. When you add anxiety, depression, school, and traumatic experiences to the mix, it can be difficult to cope. Life experiences can leave you with low self-esteem, lack of motivation, excessive negative thoughts, intrusive thoughts, feelings of detachment, negative mood, avoidance, and unhelpful behavior patterns. Together we can discover strategies to get unstuck and heal.
I specialize in helping people overcome challenges with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I tailor interventions to match each person’s individual goals. If talk therapy is not for you, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
You have already made a courageous step to create positive change by seeking help. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment. You will be heard and treated with compassion. We will collaborate to increase your self-awareness and self-esteem, resolve past issues, and decrease the symptoms that are keeping you from living your best life.
