I have over 25 years of experience. Most of us are faced with situations and issues at some point in our life we never dreamed would happen to us. When navigating what life throws at us it's not only helpful, but important for our long term recovery, to have the right support along the way. As a therapist with over twenty-five years of experience I have helped and supported many individuals, couples and families work through issues ranging from anxiety and depression to infidelity, financial stress, illness and death, separation, interpersonal and family conflict, addictions, identity and sexuality issues, as well as abuse issues.

As a Minnesota Qualified Neutral under Rule 141, I am a Mediator as well as a Professional Clinical Counselor. I mediate for couples in the process of divorce and work with families in conflict. I am also a trained Discernment Counselor who can help couples decide whether to commit to working on their relationship or end the relationship.
