You’ve spent a long time trying to hold everything together, and honestly, most people probably think you’re doing great. You work, take care of people, handle what needs to be handled. But you know how much effort it takes. You’re tired of overthinking and wondering why you can’t just let go. Maybe saying no is harder than it should be, or you’ve gotten so used to taking care of everyone else that you’re not even sure what you need anymore. I work with professional women who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, and people-pleasing. Therapy doesn’t have to start with a crisis. Sometimes you’re just ready for things to be different.
I’m warm, honest, and straightforward. I’m not going to hand you a script or tell you how you should feel. We’ll look at what’s happening, where those patterns came from, and what actually needs to change. I use EMDR, IFS, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches, but I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. We’ll figure out what works for you.
