As a licensed mental health counselor with over fifteen years in the counseling field, I understand the importance of living a life filled with joy. I specialize in identity issues, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, managing anxiety and depression, self-esteem, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, managing anger, divorce, parenting, blended families, grief and loss and finding your life purpose.I specialize in EMDR.
In addition to my experience in the counseling field, I have been described as caring and empathetic. Our initial phone consultation is free, which will help you to determine if our working relationship will be a good fit. I also offer therapy sessions via Skype and over the telephone if needed.
