I enjoy helping empower women by identifying strengths they already have and finding additional strengths they may not realize they have! I use mindfulness and breath work to help a client identify and manage emotions. EMDR is used to help a client work through any trauma that they have experienced in their life. I also use cognitive behavioral techniques to help re-direct negative thinking patterns that can have a direct effect on our mind and our body.

I enjoy working with anxiety issues and issues as a result of a person experiencing trauma in their life. I enjoy teaching stress reduction and mindfulness.
