I work with adolescents and adults, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, self-harm, family conflict, and trauma. I value working with diverse populations and strive to provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and those exploring their identities. I am also knowledgeable of Deaf culture and am able to provide services in ASL. I have found genuine passion and purpose in supporting individuals as they navigate challenges and strengthen their well-being. My therapeutic approach prioritizes connection and the therapeutic relationship we build together. I aim to be genuine and authentic in session, creating an environment where individuals feel supported in showing up as their most authentic selves.
