My approach is collaborative and compassionate, centered on your unique needs, values, and goals. I offer telehealth sessions which increases flexibility in scheduling.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Case Western Reserve University with training in CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Perinatal Mood Disorders from Postpartum Support International.
