I work to address clients' individual needs through a range of modalities, from structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to ongoing Supportive Counseling. I am here to help clients process whatever struggles or challenges they are encountering in their lives.

I have seen the benefits of incorporating mindfulness and meditation into my practice. I believe in the mind-body connection, practicing with a holistic approach to help get clients to a healthier self. I am dedicated to working with my clients to help them get to the better they envision for themselves.

I am a career changer, returning to grad school 20 years after earning my BA so I really enjoy working with those in midlife struggles (parenting, job changes). I have worked in both arts administration and the entertainment industry. I am an attentive, empathic listener and work with couples and groups on active listening and conflict resolution.
