About
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to my work with individuals, couples and families of all cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. Honoring individual differences, I create an atmosphere in which personal discovery feels safe, encouraged and welcomed.
Having worked in both in-patient as well as out-patient settings for the last 15 years, I am knowledgeable in working with individuals and families impacted by addiction, trauma and eating disorders. This includes supporting those struggling with substance abuse, sex and love addiction, codependency and disordered eating.
While I am both warm and direct, I offer compassionate and effective therapy that works towards your goals and most importantly, at your own pace. Working relationally, I provide a spirit of openness, authenticity and active collaboration.
