I specialize in neuro-developmental conditions (e.g., ADHD, autism, sensory processing difficulties, Nonverbal Learning Disorder, Social Pragmatic Communication Disorder). My training in Developmental Psychology, Infant Mental Health, and Clinical Neuropsychology, and my 30+ years experience, have taught me to put parents first, intervene early, and collaborate with medical doctors, developmental therapists, and schools for the strongest outcomes in these conditions.
My specialty is in treating infants and young children via their relationships with their caregivers. The play therapy model that I use is DIR/Floortime (sometimes called The Play Project). I also offer social groups and executive function support for older ages, as well as intervention during the perinatal period (e.g., family transitions, doula support).
