I work with adults who are seeking mental health care for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, individuals who may have a lack of motivation, needing guidance towards self-care, and ways to become a better person in general. I am also a certified transformation and life coach that empowers individuals to make and sustain positive life changes.
The motivation to begin a private practice came from years of working with many different individuals in mental health and realizing that there is not a ‘one fits all’ scenario to helping people. I wanted to reach more young adults in a more authentic manner.
