Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I congratulate you on starting your journey. I specialize in working with a wide range of ages, from children to seniors. In my over thirty years of experience, I have found that there are many treatment methods that can be helpful for the individual, depending upon what the presenting problem might be. I have found that regardless of the treatment method, a solution-focused approach is the most helpful for the individual.
I enjoy working with a wide range of ages with an equally wide range of challenges that are brought to therapy. I work with behavioral, mood management, and relational issues that are often presented in children.
