Life can be very challenging and y goal is to make the process of getting help for yourself, or loved ones, as easy as possible. Together we identify problems that impact your life and together we co-create positive, enduring transformations. I offer a grounding presence to my clients and use an integration of techniques that address the body, mind and spirit. Techniques I use to help clients heal include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), mindful awareness, meditation, visualizations and psychodynamic analysis. I support all forms of intimate relationships, and believe everyone deserves peace, compassion and respect.
I specialize in working with teens and adults with symptoms of depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I have experience treating dissociation resulting from extreme trauma, and have successfully assisted people who are ready to resolve childhood trauma, whatever their present age. EMDR is a very effective technique used to facilitate resolution.
I also offer clinical supervision for social work associates. My office is an easy walk from downtown Santa Rosa, in the lovely SRJC neighborhood. Street parking is readily available. Call or email for a free consultation!
