I enjoy helping people to work through single event or complex traumatic events, foster care issues, and adoption issues. I utilize a variety of successful research-based therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), incorporating ego state parts work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
