With over 26 years of experience I bring a body,heart and mindfulness approach that helps clients deepen and experience relief at the source of their concerns.In uncovering the source through body oriented awareness clients can unravel what's preventing them from healing,strengthening,and enlivening their lives.My training includes over 30 years of meditation and body work,as well as counseling people for over 26 years. It is my desire to provide the tools and safe place for clients to discover what it is they want and need.
I use psychodynamic work,self discovery techniques,mindfulness, turning inward and body awareness. All techniques are used in a co-creative way with full client permission and participation. I work with issues of anxiety,depression,relationship dissatisfaction,grief and loss,trauma,chronic illness and pain.
I primarily work with adults and I provide receipts for client insurance reimbursement. Any questions are welcomed. Whether you are in crisis or looking to deepen into the self you truly are,this work is relevant and available to take you from pain to opening,relief and healing .
