I support children to express themselves through play, art, and social emotional activities to learn healthy ways to express big emotions while learning coping skills. I provide therapy for children, family, young adults, parents, new or expectant parents. Specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment issues. as well as navigating a Child Centered Divorce, how to parent post divorce, and child custody, divorce mediation. I offer a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings and the opportunity for growth and change.
Together we will explore what brought you or your loved one to therapy. You will learn new ways to understand yourself and your problems and develop healthy strategies and tools that will empower your or your child for a lifetime. I see our time together as valuable and will provide a safe, confidential and comfortable space for your to express yourself.
