About
Balance, peacefulness, laughter. Most of us would like to be able to maintain a life filled without stress, great jobs, and healthy relationships. We know that life can be challenging and difficult at times and my concept of therapy is to help people to focus on themselves and learn strategies to find happiness and productivity. One of the most significant aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship and people need to feel comfortable, safe, respected and listened to. * I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over twenty years in private practice, schools ,clinics, hospitals and as a coordinator of a family violence program. .
I work with adults; individuals, couples and families. My experience and expertise include people suffering from and experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction ( susbstances, opioids, gambling, sex, pornography, video) ,grief and loss, ADHD, postpartum depression, parenting issues, co-parenting, divorce, gender identity issues, transgender issues, women's issues, and negotiating empty nests and retirement
My goal and passion is to help people reach their full potential in order to achieve happiness and emotional health in a safe, nonjudgmental and comfortable environment.
