EMDR is a proven method to help with and trauma, and neurofeedback is effective for mental health as well as many physical issues such as pain, dementia, ADD, anxiety, depression and many other issues. I have over 600 hours of practice with the EEG Institute and 5 years with EMDR and have experience with teens and adults to improve mental health and concentration.
I can help with those feelings of being overwhelmed, lost, self-hate, suicidal ideation, or depression, and trauma. I can teach skills to help regulate intense emotions, thinking errors and to build a positive self-esteem.
